TIMS goes practical-2nd TPM in Portugal!

As a partner of the 2-year Erasmus+ project “Training in Innovation Management System for Sustainable SMEs” (TIMS), Sigma Business Network participated in the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting and the Learning Activities on November 14th to 17th in Lisbon, hosted by ISQ.
Sixteen participants from the seven partner organizations coming from seven European countries (Latvia, Portugal, Greece, Spain, Austria, Romania, Nigeria) attended the meeting.
SMEs constitute the 99% of all enterprises in EU. TIMS aims to help them understand the undeniably importance of innovation, in order to stay competitive. The project is based on the ISO 56000 and will help all the SMEs regardless of their sector or size to stay innovative and competitive.
The meeting consisted of two parts. During the first three days the first learning activity was discussed, having as main objective the presentation of the learning outcomes, approaching, and training the partners on how to write learning outcomes. This resulted in the definition of learning outcomes for the TIMS Competence Matrix, based on the CEN/TS 56000 series. After the meeting, the main points of the project were discussed and presented, as well as the next steps to be taken to better conduct the project.
